Chicken in Southern Style


To have a chicken in cooking styles shows an urge to eat them. To do that different arrangement was told to you in different styles alternately at some stages. Now the concept of southern style is used for the chicken making. As we are discussing the creation of a recipe and we already know the recipes related to chicken are known as Chicken Recipes. For discussing a chicken recipe we are considering a southern style for it. For it we have two main steps consisting of

Now we are presenting these steps to you one by one.
Ingredients:

Chicken with backbone removed        Four pounds, in desired number of pieces at least seven to eight

Construction procedure:
                                Take one and a half teaspoon of salt in hands and rub them on to the chicken pieces. Later on putting the buttermilk in some dish or bowl and put the chicken pieces on them so that they are completely covered with the buttermilk. Cover a bowl or a dish and place in a refrigerator for above two hours but not less than two. Heat the oven to 300temp in Fahrenheit. Now add the oil so that a large wok is filled to halfway. Now heat the oil to about three hundred fifty to three hundred eighty degree of Fahrenheit with reference to the thermometer. Must notice the heating effect is at intermediate scale. Now put the mustard, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, onion powder, flour, two teaspoons of salt in a dish to unify. Now there is a turn off the water and egg to be placed in a beaker to make a mixture. Now take the pieces one by one out of them and then placed on a powder present in a dish in a dish and after that put them in the mixture, make a belief that all the pieces are covered with the mixture. After that, put the pieces in flour for coating.
Now for cooking, place pieces of chicken in oil till they got brown and cooked. With the help of skimmer transfer chicken pieces to sheet to drain oil. Bake them until the pieces are cooked but still moist and juicy. And serve it with the provision of salt. Now your dish completed and in addition other recipes also exist commonly known as Grilled Chicken Recipes.
